The good: choosing characters is cool; nice interface The bad: 1) does not save high scores; 2) no way to skip through your opponent's dice roll animations. This slows the game down considerably. Stick with "Yahtzee" or better yet the "Five Dice" apps instead.

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to clear up what the previous reveiwer said regarding sitting through the computers turn, as it almost deterred me from purchasing it. Upon playing the game I discovered that you can bypass playing the computer by simply choosing the number of players that you want using the dice at the top of the screen. I decided to purchase Yacht Deluxe over other versions mostly because I like the bright colors and the graphics are decent, even though the price could be a little lower, but that is neither here nor there. Oh yeah . . . one more thing, unlike some of the other versions, you have to tap a button to roll the dice (can't just shake your iphone) but I'm not hard pressed about that. Basically, it works for me, I pass time playing it, and I haven't had any problems thus far. . . .

This app is GREAT!!! So much fun... I can't put it down. I have nothing bad to say about it. The graphics are great u can turn off the computer and play alone or u canplay the computer or friends. So much fun and totally worth the moolah

Would be nice to see the scores in a table format. I tried this one and most of the others and was disappointed by each. The other day a new version showed up and I decided to try one last time. I bought YippyIT (only .99) and have been playing it constantly! YippyIT's layout lets me play with one hand on the bus!

I was looking for a version of Yahtzee for multiple players (single device) and I wanted it to save high scores of the players. Neither EA's Yahtzee Adventures or Yacht Deluxe does that. But, Yacht Deluxe does edge out Yahtzees Adventures by allowing you to type in your name. So at least I can see the scores of the players Im playing against in stead of P1, P2, etc.. It does have online scores, but for the life of me, I havent figured out how to submit my name. Overall a good implementation, but a "local" high score players list would be great. Also, having the ability to save characters ( I have 5 people in my family vice 4 the game supports) would be an added bonus.
