The YouTube video doesn't give much info. Just about flashing lights. Plus the "app" the woman in the video uses isn't even the same one the website takes you to. I was really excited to open this as a gift for Xmas but now feel bad that I want to send it back. Annoying. I wish it worked

The app or band has lost my info a number of times and it's getting a little ridiculous. I've never been so disappointed with something like this. I will definitely be send it back and telling my mother not to even bother with hers just send it back.

My grandparents got me the tracker as a gift, I was so excited to start wearing it and downloaded the app but in the two weeks I've had it, my info has been lost at least 5 times. It's aggravating that I have to keep reentering my data and not have the ability to go back and compare today's stats with previous ones.

I just purchased this for a great price....well so far price is an indication of what you get! I can't get the band and app to talk to each other. I synced with no issues, but the app is not recording anything! What's the point of wearing the band if it's not going to update in the app? Is there any other place to check your data? Also, I had to re enter my personal information twice now! Very frustrating!

Have been using it for a week and it won't sync with my iPhone anymore. My iPhone can't find the device. Should have bought a different brand!! When will this be fixed?

Item refuses to sync with my phone. I am frustrated trying to get the device to work properly. Do not spend your money on this device. It is worth it!

After several attempts and following the troubleshooting instructions, the wristband would not pair (bind) with my iPad. I wound up pairing (binding) it on my Droid phone, but even that took more effort than what should have been necessary.

I received this for Christmas and I've had to reset the device and/or the app a few times, and then all data is lost. What a waste. There has to be an easy fix to keep recognition between the device and app at all times, right? So do it already. Very annoying.

I received this band as part of a survey and it works okay, but the app never syncs to it! I'm glad I didn't waste money on this and would definitely get a fit bit if I were to purchase one in the future.

This has been a waste of money and an abject failure. The app loses sync all the time. The sleep feature DOESN'T WORK. If you press the 1 button too "soft" the unit resets. I should have just spent the extra money on the Fitbit. Oh and it looks like you're on home monitor with its large and unwieldy shape.
