This app is in all good but the rage and frustration comes to my mind and makes me feel mad when I get a answer wrong and I’m on multiplication and it’s easy but when I get to race the teacher I get very mad. And that’s why I HATE XtraMath. Thank you for reading my review on XtraMath.

Just started homeschooling and had my first and third grader start this program to help with math facts after having them do assessments for other math programs. I was a little surprised by their initial assessments and realized I could help if I was more consistent with flashcards for repetition. A few things to note: 1. It is not a curriculum 2. It is a tool to help with memorization. 3. It tracks progress and gives a weekly summary with it of your individual students. 4. You have the ability to remove the teacher during when it quizzes you or races.. I admit that my third grader didn’t like that, but I framed it for him to say that I wanted him to crush the teacher and it didn’t require seeing the teacher visibly. There’s a function that takes the visible teachers body language away so it’s just the flashcards. It’s been super helpful and to see him triple their accuracy rate and has given me time to help my newborn when they tackle it as flashcards at a consistent time. I really really enjoyed telling them that they have a numerical value with their progress that they can understand their improvements with memorization. I also remind them that they are in different grades so trophies come and go based on them as individuals. It has helped tremendously.

The best app on clever and my iPad.l love math. XtraMath is cool and funny and awesome.I like the guy on XtraMath he is good at math.I know it’s time to work but when you do it.You get teached math by Mr. C in XtraMath. There is a sign in at clever but it is just Martinezwilliamn. And my password.actually you might remember me my name is William Martinez and I’m a fan of Xtra math. So in my iPad my dad downloaded XtraMath I have done extra math in school. This app has taught me nothing except that I hate it it is the worst app for kids to learn on and I am not just saying this BC I do not want to learn anything I want to learn stuff but this app is not giving me the chance to even write down an answer that’s how bad it is.

When this asks me 1x3 i put 3 and it says it’s wrong and puts my score back to 0 I HATE THIS MOM: my kid HATES LIFE BECAUSE OF THIS TERRIB.E APP ALSO I WOULD PUT ZERO IF I COULD THIS IS A STUPID APP

This game I loved but now I really do not like it I just wish if you guys could make it a little slower and add like two seconds to it so we can get smiley faces a little. There is this one kid in my class and he needs help on somethings and he is still in addition and I feel really bad so if you could just add a second that would help a lot. Please add a second please.

I have to admit it’s a wonderful tool! Too bad it sends latest test results 1 year and 8 months later. I’m receiving my child’s test results from 09/2018 just this week 05/2020 ???

It’s helped....but not the best approach.

I’m a second grader going into 3rd grade and I’ve hated it ever since I started in preschool. It’s helped me learn my facts but lacks on things that other things have. It has a bad approach. It just gives you a fact and tells you to answer it. Making you either have to teach it in person before using the game or finding a different game before using this one. The approach it takes is making kids memorize it after seeing it wrong on there screen. It should give better things to help us kids see what the answer is easier or it should at least have a help button. Also it only gives you one chance to improve your score. That means every day you have one chance. What’s even the point of having race the teacher if it does nothing? Also race the teacher is harder then the progress quiz so again what’s the point of race the teacher if it doesn’t improve your score. Again with the race the teacher it makes me way more depressed seeing my smilies and while I write this I’m suppose to be doing race the teacher but stopped before I did and wrote this. It doesn’t have things that other apps does. Other apps have help buttons and tips and they have a more variety of math then just facts. If it wasn’t for my mom loving it I would delete it right now. Which I could but I’d still have to do it on my chrome book. So yeah I rate this 1 star. Sorry about this. Just please make it more kid friendly. This all came from a kid. Peace out! ✌️
