20.1.1 doesn’t work. Please fix

This updated version does not work. The minute you open the app, it closes by itself within half a second. Please repair asap. Thank you.

My app is no longer working on my 13.3 iPhone. I’ve tried on two different phones and every time you open the app, it just closes and disappears. I even deleted and reinstalled the app and still get the same issue.


Will not even load

After years of great service, this version will not even load on my version of iOS 13.3.1. It aborts the instant loads. Time to revert to an earlier version.


Works well with Milestone Arcus

Works very well with Milestone Arcus software that comes with some Western Digital MyCloud NAS devices. My only constructive feedback would be to allow users to either disable or hide the black bar at the top of the camera view (contains the close button, camera name and recording status), when in landscape. It often blocks the camera info and the top 10% of the image. Other than that, very good product!


Terrible over LTE with 4 out of 5 bars

I have a business grade internet connection, the server has 6 cores and 20 gb or ram so I know that’s not the problem. Furthermore the app works just fine over WiFi and my other camera system (NightOwl) works just fine on my mobile over LTE. When I connect to mobile data good luck actually seeing anything for more than a few choppy seconds at a time before the image pixelates and bleeds together or freezes. This mostly happens as the camera is kicking back n forth between motion recording and not. So basically if there’s motion on the camera while you’re viewing it remotely, it’s going to stop working an freeze badly until motion recording stops. THIS ABSOLUTELY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF VIEWING IT REMOTELY! If I wanted my cams to only be viewable when I’m home I could’ve gone a lot cheaper. Will not be upgrading my license for more cameras as anticipated during initial setup. My $800 NightOwl System is putting your software to shame running with CONSIDERABLY more power. Which I had to give it because even with 4 Xeon core processors, it was still maxing out the cpu constantly. Might want to go back to the drawing board guys, there’s a lot of issues here and none of them I’ve found a workaround for yet...


Unable to load milestone mobile.

After latest update 12.3a milestone mobile is not loading (working). I deleted the app and now I am unable to download it again.


Update dumped my server settings?

Had been using app for quite a while. Noticed was unable to view on either phone or iPad. Apparently app auto-updated and dumped my server/settings? For whatever reason they disappeared on two separate devices, so now unusable. Nice job updating the app but not saving the previous settings. Wow!
