This is a great app. I love how you can find possible homes at your fingertips. I think Agent should update their listings more often.

Love this app!! Updates and notifications of property statuses are up to date and constant. We live far from our destined new dwelling so getting these notifications help us on our upcoming move.

We were sort of looking for a home in our price range but didn't want to engage a realtor quite yet so when I came across Xome I was thrilled. Just to be able to keep an eye on what was available was my intention but one house just kept making me go back and look at the pictures. Finally one afternoon I drove to the address that was listed and found myself calling the listing agent from the driveway of this darling house! It was perfect for us! The person who answered the phone told me the house had been sold!!!! I asked her to check again. No it had been sold she repeated. I was SO disappointed. Later that day I just got a bee in my bonnet and remembered on the Xome app there was a Make An Offer button, which I had scoffed at before actually but now decided what the heck! I'll make an offer! What have I got to lose? I offered one thousand dollars over the listed price. Xome has a 24 hour concierge service and it wasn't but 10 minutes later I got a call from a very polite young man. He informed me the house WAS NOT SOLD and would it be ok if the agent I had chosen from their list could call me in the morning since it was late evening? The next morning the agent called and the ball was rolling. A long story short, we were leaving the next day to Cozumel and I asked our agent if that was a problem. He assured me it was not and that we could do everything electronically. He ordered the inspections. We made an offer, it was accepted, we got the house and we are ecstatic!!! NONE of this would have happened without Xome. Seriously. Xome allowed me to think outside my own box and see everything available in the town we loved, in the perimeters we set up on the app and we ended up with our perfect forever home. Thank you Xome!!!
