Brilliant app for recording and editing shot groups using Magnetospeed V3

I have been using the Magnetospeed V3 for about a year now and it is without any doubt the best chronograph on the market. I also purchased the Magnetospeed XFR and connected it to my iPhone 11 Pro Max using the Apple lightening to 3.5mm connector. It works perfectly. It is so cool to be able to capture my shot groups on my iPhone while at the range and edit and make notes as needed. Great product and great app.

The device and application do not connect to each other 100% or even 30% of the time.

Bought a V3 recently, still just playing with it to get it working. Started with 45 Long Colt, had some trouble getting readings. Couple of tries later, got readings, but they were not believable. Results should have been in the 700-900 FPS range, but I had readings of 2500, 1700, 1100, etc. Called MagnetoSpeed, they suggested setting sensitivity to 1, which I will do. Then plugged in the XFR, and played with that for a couple minutes. During this time, I was nagged multiple times in a few minutes for a review. There was no apparent way to say “not now” that lasted more than 30 seconds. You want a review - here it is......nagware rates a 1, regardless of how good the rest of the product is.

Five round range test before glass bedding a Ruger #1 for-end and second second range firing after 5 days latter from same batch. Downloaded to iPad and blew the mind. What takes 20 minutes on a calculator happened in a nano second or two. In a word, AWESOME! Thanks
