The app wont even open. It crashes whenever i open it and automatically closes! Very poor update

The Xender version in the App Store is not reliable it crashes time to time and does take weeks to open. Suggest that this be fixed because it works well on android devices.

Developers!!! I am on a hard spot right now... i had some important documents in xender But after the last update, it keeps crashing.. if I uninstall and then reinstall the app, the documents will be gone!! Guys, can you help me?
