Painstakingly recreated from the notes and equipment recently discovered in the basement of
Miskatonic University, the developers have adapted the antiquated technology for smart phones combined with Google Cardboard VR.
With the XDV you will see that at which dogs howl in the dark, and that at which cats prick up their ears after midnight. You will see these things, and other things which no breathing creature has yet seen. You will overleap time, space, and dimensions, and peer to the bottom of creation.
The XDV comes equipped with a resonate force bolt eliminator so that you can destroy the dimensional entities that threaten to breach our reality.
This is a sort of VR app combined with augmented reality that uses your device's built-in camera to work its magic. The three-dimensionally rendered critters are as cleverly thought out as the game icon and look like they're floating around in your own room. You don't stare at them so much as sort of strafe your gaze across them in order to shoot them. Have fun!
Eeeeh, I expected more. I didn't realize it was a game until I read one review. That fully little bullet beam can't even be controlled. This did nothing to my Penile or anal glands.
