Lost over 100,000 diamonds

I play this non stop but one day it stopped working and I had to delete it and redos load and suddenly all my diamonds are gone I would have to pay over $100 to get them back. How many people have paid for diamonds only to lose them?

Fun - and addictive

Warning - you will get addicted to playing this game. It’s fun, and challenging, and a very good test of strategy. Sometimes what looks like a great move will leave you with an “oops” if you’re not watching carefully. One problem is that as you get better, the games last a long time. I usually play for about 15 minutes at a time on and off, and when I scored over a trillion points it took three days and probably four hours of actual game playing. Another plus for the game is that the developers smartly have it remember where you were. Sometimes the game will get stuck in an ad and you have to quit and restart. Fortunately the game remembers where you were and you don’t lose your hard work. Also worth noting that if you want to wait through lots of adds, you can essentially play forever just by grabbing up points and using the tools. Hence the highest scores in the game look to be somewhere over 10^80. I can only imagine how long that took. One suggestion for the developers would be to include a “replay” feature where you can show your friends the last cool move you just made. (I know there’s an “undo” option where you can change the previous move, but it burns up valuable points and I don’t want to change my move, just show it to my wife when there’s a 15-block combination!)

This game is great except wow, you barely get to play because there are so many ads. What a shame.

Tired of adds freezing up after watching them and no added points given. About ready to drop game.

Freezes and resets to beginning

I like this game a lot. However, it freezes whenever I get into the high levels (into the “c’s”), and the only way to play again is to restart my iPad. The game then goes back to the beginning level. Very frustrating. I will delete this game even though it is fun and challenging when it works properly.

This game seems to have a lot of glitches, particularly in the utilization of ads, which may or may not work, and tend to randomly make the game crash. Customer service is always helpful in restoring the game, but this can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours depending on the time of day and day of the week you send a message. Other than that an enjoyable game.

Why are you such greedy adholes shoving ads down my throat every 2 seconds? I understand ads for in game rewards, but ad breaks every 3 blocks? Ad anytime I wanna go to the main menu? And don’t come in here telling me those ads are supposed to be skippable, they’re not, you know it, you’re doing it on purpose. Adhole.
