I had to log into the website on my MacBook Pro to send photo images Also, there’s a heavy lag time for sending messages

Tutor posted available hours, we booked the session but they canceled next day, couldn’t commit. Not a great first impression. I know there are lives outside of the app and things happen but don’t waste people’s time stating you’re available then say you’re not. Also, can’t even get a response from customer service. Not impressed. Some of the pricing of some tutors is outrageous as well.

Omg I wish I would’ve done this sooner! If you’re struggling or your instructor is not good, the online tutoring is the way to go! Totally helped me in all the areas needed.

I arranged a clear time for the tutor to come for my fifteen year old daughter. The tutor agreed, but when the time came, the tutor didn’t show and didn’t contact me to cancel. When I sent a message to Wyzant, they also didn’t respond. Everything seemed pretty unprofessional to me.
