Doesnt work and customer service doesn't respond

This app is horrible! I purchased the subscription in March and have submitted multiple requests for help stating that the app doesn't recognize my login and only shows me the Wednesday issues for the entire. iTunes customer service told me my only recourse now is to ask my bank to get involved in getting a full refund since WWD support doesn't care to respond to my requests for help. HORRIBLE!!!! Don't by this app!

I purchased this app in January and loved it! I don't know what happened but all of a sudden it would not let me access my subscription and NO ONE from WWD or iTunes could tell me how my account got lost and how to access it. I will get a refund but I still need this subscription so I will, very reluctantly, repurchase it. But if you can, it may be better to just get the actual physical subscription.

I downloaded the app but now it's permanently stuck "installing" and won't let me open or delete. Waste of space. I should have read the reviews, or taken a hint from the lack thereof for the current version and the many horrible reviews for older versions. Now I don't know how to get it off my phone. Ugh!

Second month subscribing and still unable to get anything downloaded. The app charges me monthly but when trying to enter displays the message that I don't have an account. Contacted iTunes and WWD. ITunes claim they are not responsible for in app purchases while WWD not responding at all.


Will not recognize subscription

I have tried 3 times to renew subscription. Works for 1 day then tells me I do not have active subscription. iTunes shows as active but with dates wrong - eg, 6/20/17 - 6/20/17 instead of 6/29/16 - 6/20/17. Contacted iTunes who told me that they just sell the app. If it is broken WWD must fix. iTunes has refunded me each time but cannot address problem. Contacted WWD who said they just sell paper and desktop online subscriptions and cannot help with app. Rep was to have IT call me - of course that has not happened, nor have I gotten any response to app support e-mails. This is RIDICULOUS! PLEASE HELP

I love wwd however the app is horrible . I have been subscribing for several months and sometimes it opens and sometimes I cannot use it at all. I am going to stop subscribing bc I am losing my money

App doesn't let you log in!!

This app used to be buggy and clunky but it was at least functional. But now, since the last update, it logs you out and DOESN'T LET YOU LOG IN. I actually have both the iTunes subscription and the WWD Print/Digital subscription (due to an overlap in renewal timing) and neither works. Logging in through iTunes doesn't work and entering email & password doesn't work. I have tried deleting the app and redownloading, have made sure my software was up to date, have checked and rechecked my subscriptions, everything. This has been the case for several days. Nothing works. I have emailed both iTunes and WWD several times with NO RESPONSE. I am paying for a subscription that I can't even use and no one has bothered to return my emails about it. Very upset, might have to do a charge back on my credit card.
