I think it’s a great app. I only use it for the basic checklist with daily/weekly/monthly reminders so I’m sure there’s all kinds of other uses I could find to get even more out of it. The only reason I put a four star (and I would really give it a 4 1/2) is because even though I have reminders set to monthly, they don’t always come up each month. I have to “uncheck” them from below and “re-check” them often. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong which is possible but I’ve checked the reminders, they are on and set to monthly so not sure what exactly to do with that one. Again, otherwise I really like it and look forward to finding other great uses for it.

I truly love this app. I have it open on my laptop, desktop, phone and iPad at all times. (Yes, I actually use all of them!) When an idea hits me, Wunderlist is right there so I can jot it down. When my kids yell that we need milk, I remind them to put it on the grocery list which we are all synced to, and it is there for our next grocery outing. If a client calls while at the grocery store, Wunderlist is right there so that I can jot down the notes of the call and have them available for when I can really dive into it. The notifications and emails are so very helpful to me. I have three business I run, a home with staff, and four kids going in many directions. This app has saved us so much frustration in keeping us all on the same page. It has helped me stay organized for home and work. I have tried many task manager programs, apps, pen & paper devices but have never found something I can stick with through out all the phases of my day, week, seasons of year and life. This app has done the trick.

Wunderlist is a great app however when Microsoft purchased the company they locked out the ability for me to add teammates for collaboration This was one of the great features of the app prior to Microsoft ownership The Microsoft To-Do app which appears to be a repackaging of Wunderlist is woefully short of features including adding file attachments. Therefore I am stuck using an individual application of Wunderlist I do not recommend the Microsoft To-Do app and I only recommend Wunderlist if you are OK with the possibility of it being phased out any day by Microsoft. I would change my rating to a five star if Microsoft would merely re-enable the ability to collaborate and add other users to my business team license.

Was the best to do list app for years. Now it won’t work without a login and is going to be retired in favor of a replacement product by Microsoft, which bought the company. It’s been nice knowing ya, Wunderlist.

This will change your life. very powerful and clearly the nature of this design is not solely motivated by profit trying to lur you into a monthly membership trap

Finally got too tired of google keep crashing and persistent bugs. Wunderlist is a great alternative with a much more refined UI and improved workflow. Only complaint is that you cannot create nested (indented) lists

Wunderlist has become pretty much indispensable to my entire family. I give it my very highest recommendation.
