Still annoying - Round 3

7/6/16 They've done a nice job with the branding but the guts of the program are still painfully unreliable. These problems happen on The iPhone 6, iPhone 5s and iPad. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it several times on all the platforms without any success. I wish this station was available on I Heart, then, at least I know it's not going to cut out or stay out. I wrote a whining review of this app several months ago, and, well I'm still whining. The app still stops when going from cell tower to cell tower. This time, however, if you're lucky it will come back with the show, better than half the time it will not. I like listening in traffic while headed to work. When the signal stops, I have to open the app up, it restarts itself to the first page, I have to navigate through all the clicks, get to the place where I can hit the play button to get it going again. More often than not it requires me shutting the app off, and completely restarting it going through everything all over again, hitting the play button to get it to resume. Oh I use it on an iPad air, iPhone 4S, 5S and 6S all active all with the same issues, so I't not me
Listen every morning despite bugs

I listen to the news every morning with the app. It does not play again after playing sound on another app, so you have to reset. But it's still decent.

My wife and I really enjoy the WTMJ radio app. We can get all of the news from Wisconsin and around the world.

Milwaukee WTMJ is superb. Charlie Sykes' brilliant insights and interviews, Jeff Wagner's guy-next-door conversations with listeners, the news crew, weather and traffic... Everything is top-notch. I love the "Charlie, what I don't get is..., the Deep Tunnel awards, and the Right Stuff awards. I appreciate that they carry Clark Howard as well. I'm not a sports person but my friends who are interested in sports very much agree that WTMJ is their go-to for sports as well. WTMJ has been on the air for many decades (I've been listening for almost 50 years and my Dad listened for many years before I was born) and they've perfected what they do. I'm so glad to have it avaliable on my iPhone so my days of carrying around a transistor radio are behind me.

Love WTMJ. Great shows. I use the app to listen in areas where no AM radio. Find it less than perfect for playback. Few times per day seems to stop and I need to close/reset the app. I don't use the other features of the app all that often. What I would like most is a reliable barebones player that could be started/stopped from the lock screen. Fix the playback glitches and it's a 5/5 for sure!

The whole reason I got the app was for the Packer pre/post game shows and it has never worked.

Listen Live feature in this app is inoperative on iPad Air iOS 10. Except, the ads work! Junk. I would like to listen to WTMJ for Packer news and talk, but they can't seem to deliver a workable app.
Station is solid, app is garbage

Will not broadcast live bucks game. Only downloaded to listen to bucks and packers game. Awful app for what it should be.
