Thank you Washington DOT for making a simple app that has great features! It's now my go to app when I'm traveling over the pass or looking for traffic issues ??
Pass restrictions get cut off

I love the app. I use it daily to determine which route I take to work. I travelled over Snoqualmie Pass for the holiday though and the pass restrictions are too long for you to see the full restriction, even if you turn your phone to landscape mode. There are a few things that don't get updated as quickly as the road signs, so I would like to see that improve which is why I gave three stars.

Their tweets are far more up to date. If you can't keep the info current then discontinue this app and just point to twitter. Thought the pass was closed but reopened two hours ago. Since it is a dedicated app then why wouldn't I believe it? Frustrating.

You guys couldn't make an app work if your life depended on it. Your app shows I5 SB shows all green. That's load of crap! It's gridlock from all the way north in Everett. We need real-time updates. This app doesn't help when i jump on the freeway only to get stuck for hours cuz you guys can't keep up with traffic condition.
Doesn't show current traffic alerts

This app does not show current traffic or construction alerts so it's a complete waste of time. Why it doesn't integrate with the alerts that are already on the WSDOT website is puzzling. Font trust this app- check the website instead
Ads crowd out maps

The ads are frustrating, especially on the traffic map page. The maps size is significantly reduced by the ads and two rows of buttons. Landscape view of map on the phone is useless. Buttons should have need put on the sides. Traffic map refresh seems improved with recent updates. But it is still hard to know if refresh is needed or working when pressed. There is no visual indication of the age of the map data. Pressing refresh gives no indication that it started, is updating, or finished refreshing.

I can't save traffic camera images to my phone why…? I tried tapping, tapping and swiping up, force press, force press and swipe up, double tap, triple tap, swipe left, swipe right, tapping the star, tapping the camera title… How? I can't believe this isn't an option… (On the website I can save the image without taking a screenshot of the whole screen…)
Border Wait

Normally good, but this is unacceptable. It says the southbound border wait is less than 5 minutes both at the truck crossing and the often slightly busier Peace Arch. Being that it's early in the morning, I believe it. I've now been sitting at the border for 30 minutes with another 15 or so to go. Update the border times coming back into the country! Seems crazy that the wait times going into another country (Canada) are more accurate than the one coordinated with our own government coming back into the United States. I don't expect it to change the wait, just accurately report what it is!
