I keep entering the phone number, etc...then it asks me to enter the “sms code from my phone” BUT I do not receive any code!! I need help!!! Can’t continue with the set-up. I paid for something I can’t use..?!!

You put your number on it and asking for sms code. But there is no SMS coming . That’s just a waste
