Service is taking forever

No live chat anymore. The shipments take 4-5 days to reflect on the account. Shipping also take about a week, even after paying. I used this service for a few years, too bad I will look for alternatives. Alsox pricing recently is exaggerated.

The value of item is always higher, much higher than the actual value you paid to the buyer then y will have to pay much higher tax to the shipping company. And if y ever think to correct the price by uploading the invoice your item will disappear from the list and take forever to be corrected again. I hate this

Failing business, stay away!

Stay away from this company it is failing miserably and will NEVER! EVER! responds to customer service, so if you want to test your patience go ahead lose your stuff and get ignored 24/7, i suggest you look for ANY competition but this is the worst based on my experience.

Bad APP not recommended to any body. They gave me estimated price and when I placed the order the charge me more the double that called cheating.

Those guys overprice the items you buy, so they can collect a huge amount of “customs fees”, for example they will put the price on 10$ item as 15$, then they’ll collect customs fees+ an extra dollars. No matter how many times you request a price correction they won’t do it right. They are literally thieves! Watch out.
