The description isn't accurate, all you can do is speech to text, no send to any app (SMS, email, reminders) so I can't tell if it works fully. Speech to text was accurate though. Requires Data/WiFi connection to use. Also, you have to pay to unlock all the features and then pay AGAIN to remove the ads.
Important Feature Missing

I need to be able to dictate text at all times, not just when I have Internet connection. This app needs Internet access to work. So, when my phone is in Airplane Mode or if I'm out of range for cellular data service, this app won't work for me. Still looking for one that will.

I agree with dotcommom. You can't test anything other than watch your text come up and go through the standard process in iOS to copy it. There are no one touch features that you can test drive. I will not pay for something I cannot fully test to see if I like the one touch capabilities. I'd also like to see an iOS 7 interface.

First off there's a limit on how much you can say before the microphone ends recording. After it cut me off I waited for the little loading icon to show my speech. NEVER SHOWED! Tried it again by saying "hello". Still no text. Don't bother with this app. Sounds like a good idea but there's a lot more work to be done like showing the spoken text for one.

I don't like this app. Doesn't work, don't bother downloading. It won't convert your speech to text and the features it tells you about you can't even use unless you buy. DON'T DOWNLOAD!!! Not worth it.

I bought this app to unlock all its features and it does not work at all! And what's worse: The developer doesn't reply when told about the problem. I sincerely suspect this app to be a fraud. Worst two dollars spent in my life. Looks like other apps from this developer aren't all they either. Check out 'related' apps.
