You can turn off random mode and see if you are able to control the outcome of the coin toss. It is difficult but can be done. Start small at first and set the sensitivity high.
You can customize the application by tapping the bottom of the screen and pushing on the "customize" button. There is also a help screen by touching the "question mark".

George Washington on a $100 bill? Come on folks. Doesn't exactly pop out of the phone either, but is good for a quick "coin flip" and you never have to pick up the coin.
