Reviews

Website great, app horrible, pricing is a bait-and-switch scam
MMWirta

The website is fantastic and functions well. But on the app you can’t just browse all the items on a board freely, and I can’t figure out how to save a new task to the main area we use. But either way it doesn’t matter: the website advertises the Professional plan for $10/user/month, but they don’t make it clear upfront that it’s a five user ($50/mo) minimum purchase, which is not affordable. What a waste of time :(

App spins and spins
C's mom 2014

After an update, the app won't load on my iOS.

Atrocious
Ken!2020!

If I could leave a one-sentence review, it’d say “I’m just so much more confused, all of the time.” Wrike’s egregiously bad attention to UX makes their product literally unreadable. Literally. In western culture, we read left to right, top to bottom. That is not the case in many instances of Wrike modules. I have no clue why any designer would arrange things the way they’re arranged in Wrike. The only other product with a UX experience as poor is PowerPoint. I hope that comes across as an insult, because it’s intended to be one. That is just the tip of the iceberg of deficiencies this app has. Absolutely stay away at all costs.

Get this app fixed
Jhutch1985

Why is it that every time someone @ mentions me I get an email about it and never an App notification? All settings are on for notifications. This happens to all our users and is the biggest issue with this app, also navigating in the app is a confusing and unintuitive mess.

If you don’t like being harassed, don’t download
aare765123

App is basic, not worth it. Also, I keep getting emails and calls from Chloe Fisher. I get it, they want to see how their app is and what we think of it. But she will not stop calling and emailing me when I have expressed my disinterest as well as asked her to take me off her contact list. The app itself is awful, there are so many apps that are so much better! Don’t waste your time with this app unless you love being harassed by members of the WRIKE company.

Notification Hell
JauDesign

So I get notifications on my app badge and launched the app looking for them. Nowhere to be found. Most frustrating.

Make the iPad app like the Mac App
joshmwalz

The UX of the iPad app is terrible compared to the Mac desktop app. I don’t understand why it’s so different between the two apps, but I’ve just resorted to creating my own Siri Shortcut on my homescreen that launches safari and loads the Wrike website instead. If the app were updated to replicate the UI and UX of the website and desktop app I’d re-download it then.

Love this product and app
ilovemjh

Great to be able to take Wrike on the go for quick approvals and updates. And I don’t know how we’d survive these days without Wrike yo keep us all on top of things

The app didn’t jump out at me
Nick2Legit

What did jump out at me was the unsolicited sales call after I had already deleted the app.
