What happened to character customization?

The game is a great one overall but this recent update takes the ability to customize your character without paying on the free version of the game, what happened there?

When I was playing this game on my old phone I was happy with it. It had everything a wrestling fan could want. But when I downloaded it again on my new phone, and went to create a character it said I had to buy the pro version of the game to customize my character and at that point I had deleted the the game entirely. I am very disappointed and feel that new feature was just a money grab.

Don’t download this game because I downloaded it I tried to do a my career then I clicked on a player then it say upgrade to start your own customization I should be able to do a my career for free.

When I was trying to kick out it didn’t work please fix the game I just started playing your games last week and it already going bad and HOW THE HELL YOU CAN PIN IN A CAGE MATCH

This Update is bad because I have to upgrade to make my own character and that’s dumb because I didn’t have to do that before and if you fix that I will give this game 5 stars like I did when I got it the first time.
Why take customizable characters away?

I used to like this game but you keep taking abilities you can do away for example you used to be able to customize a character without a pro licenses and could make your own character but now you took that ability away and used to you could watch an ad with out a screen glitch but now you can’t I would NOT recommend this game until the bugs are fixed
