Is this Bigben's first Racing Game?

Porktree

The steering is horrible. It's reminds me of the first attempts to make a racing game on for touch devices. If RR3 controls are a 9, then this gets a 2. I've tried both methods, both need improvement. I haven't made enough progress to determine if the IAP is there to remove some grind, or there as a cash grab impediment to game progress. I'd wait on getting this if you're on the fence. Maybe it will improve, but unless it does there are better racing games out there.

Waste of money

Big Papa

I was really excited about this game, I tried to like it, but it's terrible. It has the worst controls for a driving game imaginable. Using either the touch or tilt, they're both so overly sensitive, it's unplayable. There's no sensitivity adjustment either, so you're completely fracked either way. One slight tap sends you into the ditch. Tilt the phone a single degree, it's the ditch. I rarely ever feel cheated with a game purchase, but this time I truly wish I could get my money back.

Really disappointed

Dr Wedge

I share many of the gripes as a lot of the other reviewers: the controls are appalling - they're too twitchy, crazy difficult to rack up points to advance to the next stage, and the graphics are mediocre. The Colin McRae Rally game is light years ahead by comparison.

Horrible controls

Jedij585

I am a rally enthusiast and love racing games. This one has glitchy controls and looks like it was made 10 years ago. Until it is majorly updated, I am done playing. What a waste of money!

Huge disappointment.

S. Kurtz

What a complete waste of money, it feels like the game was developed by an amateur developer company that's never made a racing game. Maybe none of them have ever driven a vehicle, either. The steering system is a joke, while lacking any preference options. The screen tilt makes it unplayable. Not to mention that they still make you pay after paying initially. Unless they actually release updates and fix the game, this will stay one star.

What happened?

GBalla

How could you go from those photos and video to this end product? Terrible. False. The two options for steering are God awful. Not even worth .99¢

Extremly Bad

tinobw

Really bad for $3.99 game, what a scam. What a wasting money. Horrible steering control, bad camera view. The game is just so bad, worst rally game ever. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Car physics/controls are main issue

DJLaa7

I've played 10+ WRC/rally games over the past 10+ years on a variety of gaming platforms - this game really isn't bad, only the car physics/controls weigh it down. This probably has the least forgiving controls and oddest car physics of any of the rally games I've played. The car physics really feel less rally and more traditional road racing game in that the car feels quite stuck to the road surface, with very little natural drifting/oversteer around corners that you'd expect. I actually prefer the car physics of the previous WRC app game, called 'WRC The Game', but that had limited gameplay and stages. I'll continue to play this game, but hopefully the developers will continue to improve the physics/controls in subsequent updates!

Colin McRae still the best

The OnionEaters

Even after update steering still bad. Turn left or right, no in between. STILL NO CO-DRIVER. Notes but no voice. If this is the "Official" game of the WRC, wouldn't you think they could get VW, Hyundai, Ford, Citroen, or someone to let them use their logos? Michelin, Pirelli? Red Bull? Someone? Title says it all.

Please makes some changes to gamepad

Rangerlump

I would make this 5/5. Currently acceleration on the gamepad is with a button not a trigger. The on/off nature of the exhilaration is not conducive to a good rally experience. The game would be a lot better if the acceleration was analog on the trigger. All or nothing gas pedal is not good. But overall I really love the game and appreciate the gamepad support
