Disappointing functionality

The idea of this app is awesome, but it does not function the way it’s supposed to. I paid $5 for the Pro version, and I am unable to hear and listen to the words/example sentences... I get a continual error message. There’s no troubleshooting in the app, and after I’ve sent an email, no one on their end is doing anything to help to fix the issue. Very disappointing. I want my money back for a dysfunctional app.

Great app but crashes on load with the current iOS. Ich war sehr traurig, als ich das gefunden hatte.

This app is not compatible with IOS 12 and later. I reported it year ago. The reply was they are working on it. Nothing so far. They will not refund $5 they charged for the App. So much for wanting any App by this publisher. Be aware. They do not support their apps and they are overly expensive.

I can’t open the app!! I have an iPhone se and when I click on the app the first page shows up and it crashes
Listening during the silent mode and widget option

To hear the word, I should change the mode of silence on my phone. When my phone is silent, I can not listen to the pronunciation. So I think the developer should change this item! And also, nowadays, many vocabulary apps use widget options on iPhone; why not? We can review our words quickly, so please add this option to this app.
