Spend a lot of money or give up

Game is good and concept is cool but unless you are willing to spend a lot of real world money don’t bother downloading. You will only get so far before you’re attacked by bases that have spent big $. They will kill all your troops and steal your resources.
Fun, but money sucking game

This is a really complex, engaging game. It’s very social with a lot of fun people playing and alliances you can join with events to keep things interesting. My problem is with the fact that it becomes really hard to hang in with your peers without spending a LOT of money. I’ve been playing for a few weeks now and at level 14 (there are level 80 players out there so not very high) the ONLY options available if I want to purchase resources or other things to help me get ahead cost $49. That is an INSANE amount of money to spend on some make believe items. I get that the game depends on players buying these packs to pay for the development and servers, but $49 a pop is nuts. There is no way I’d drop that kind of money for some make believe stuff, and you have to do that over and over to keep up. I know players that have spent $500 in a few weeks. The game is good, but the cost for items is too high to make it worth it. There should always be an option to buy $5 or $10 worth of items if I want the boost. The developers are too greedy.

The premise behind is great, the execution is flawed. The game hangs, crashes, and has glitches. Some accounts have glitches that give them an advantage on defense. If you must spend your money on games, choose another. I keep playing because of my sunk costs. So buyer beware!

Unfortunately, this game made it hugely unfair by allowing players to be a part of Alliances in other regions!!!! This creates a huge unfair advantage when new regions start up. Players that are in a new region but belong to alliances over a billion in power allows payers to piggy back off events and other alliance benefits...Thus creating a huge disadvantage to ALL players in the region. Until this resolved, DON’T SPEND A DIME!!!! You’re wasting your hard earned money!!!!!
