No audio pronunciation, no special letters

Bought it because I'm traveling soon to Istanbul and I'm learning a little turkish. Downloaded this app to my iPad. The button for audio pronunciation does not work. AND there are no special characters like ü, ö, and letters like c with the little squiggly tail. I spent a lot of time learning the alphabet, so if I am pronouncing ü like u then that is a huge mistake.

Love the app, but no audio on iPad really hurts it. Use it on my iPhone and it works fine. Tried to get support, but clicking the support button doesn't work properly.
