Lack luster

Boo!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased one of the workout plans and was very disappointed. It is the same exercises slotted on different days. There is no variety. Better luck going to Pinterest and printing off one of their work out plans and putting it in the app. I want my $.99 back!


Basic, but fully customizable

Doesn't come preloaded with a bunch of stuff, but that's exactly what I wanted. Most of the exercises and stretches I wanted to add weren't in the other apps I found any way. Love the ability to schedule workouts which I found unique too.

This app is fine, but my biggest complaint is that it doesn't allow you to record a workout for a previous day. If I forget to log something from yesterday, I can't add it today--if I try, it will record it as though I did the workout today. This seems like a very basic function. Otherwise, the app is fine for very basic tracking needs. It gives me a feeling of accomplishment when I click "done" on a workout. I wish there was a better way to view what I've done previously. Right now I have to scroll down on the Completed tab to see what you've done over the past month, etc. A calendar view would be more helpful.

I have a lot of medical stuff which means a very specific physical therapy regiment. This allows me to put all the level of exercises in ahead of time and enable the ones I need to use! Plus I can add notes and get up the schedule for what exercises when! REQUEST: I wish there was a sign up or save my exercises, as I don't want to lose all the precious time and energy I put into this but other than that no complaints!

This definitely isn't the first app I've used, nor is it the best, but I still like it in terms of simplicity and usefulness. The app hardly takes up any storage on my phone (unlike a few other apps I've used). I think it would be better if there were a few free workouts already made for you. I'd also like a few default exercises (such as push ups, sit ups, etc). You have to make everything on your own. And maybe a little bit of info on how many calories I'd burn would help too! Overall though, it's great in helping me keep track of exercise.

I thought at first from others reviews that this was perfect and totally free and it was one app that was dated for my phone I have the iOS7.2! Wrong this app is spendy spendy spendy!!!

Simply amazing does what it's supposed to do, and makes it very easy and intuitive to create a workout plan. Would be even better if it had graphs and progress support
