This is all you need. Since COVID I’ve been working out at home mostly through YouTube. This app has made me sweat more while reducing the time so I get the workout I want in, no matter the time frame. Absolutely love the inspirational quotes. I’ve recommended it to all of my friends.

Loads of variety in this app gives me choices for all sorts of days - when I have time I can do a longer program or I can exercise for a quick 5 minutes. Stretching, yoga and targeted strength and fitness means I get a overall workout - it’s like a fitness coach at home

This app is seriously amazing. It is free to begin with, but you can purchase a pro version if you want. They have all different categories of exercises from abs, legs, but, stretching, warm-ups, cool downs, arms, upper body. The list goes on. You can do a short seven minute workout or 30 minute work out or something in between. I am pretty consistent with working out, and I used to go to the gym before Covid happened. And I still sweat and get a great workout in every time I do one of these exercises. They have totally upgraded it and integrated music in with the workouts and it’s really nice other than silence. Or worrying about your own music playing. I seriously cannot stress to you how great this app really is.
