How does it work?

As a fitness user you have 2 options in Fitness Online:
1. To work out on your own. You can develop, for example, a weight loss program from the exercise base and foods on your own, write a diet for it, work out according to it, update it and record results in the workout diary. Or choose a ready program with a diet.

2. To work out online with a coach on a paid basis. You choose a trainer based on feedbacks/prices or personal feelings, communicate via the chat, set sports goals, conditions. Then the fitness coach issues an invoice, you pay with a bank card. After that you get from the coach, for example, an exercise program or an individual diet or a monthly course with a full set of exercises, a diet to meet the discussed goal: to get a bigger butt, to lose weight, to build muscles, to get six-pack abs, to get big arms or wide chest or recover after pregnancy using fitness at home.

If it is a monthly course, for example, a weight loss one, the coach will monitor your results for a set fee per month, give recommendations upon doing exercises, diet, adjust the exercise program, consult in the chat – everything to meet the goal before starting cooperation. Every fitness instructor has his/her rates.
