When it works, I love being able to access rewards on the go. There's quite a few bugs to be squashed. It would be AWESOME to filter by type of gift card, restaurant, store, etc. Otherwise it's just this giant list you have to scroll through.

Doesn't work with Ping SSO

currently this doesn't work with Ping SSO because switching from this app to the Ping app to finish SSO authentication and then switching back to Globoforce restarts the login process in Globoforce.

Frustrating. Lacks core abilities and is hard and confusing to use. I’m consistently lost. All I wanted to do was recognize. It loads so slowly and crashes so often I end up going to the web anyway.

It’s very ridiculous that the app keeps logging out. I don’t know why any company would want this app or any employee that wants to use the app. Very ridiculous! It’s 2018 update your app.

The app when started asked for login-in formation, which is accepted and rerouted to a page that is “no longer available.”

The app is easy to nominate others for a reward, easy to approve and redeem awards for gift cards. You can’t purchase items that Globoforce has to offer as part of point redemption and you can’t determine your number of points from the app. This is the apps biggest downfall in my opinion. Would love to see this in a future upgrade.
