Very functional. Only option I want to see added is the ability to do CBLs (education) through the app.

The app has been frozen for about 2 weeks now. I can login but it freezes and doesn’t let me do anything.

I want to be able to see my schedule for the week even from home on my phone like we used to be able to do with Myinfo. I rarely even look at this. There isn’t much I care to see. Not impressed with Meijer’s decision to go with Workday!?

As a supervisory org/hiring manager and recruiter, I find the mobile platform exceptionally convenient to complete most tasks. Tasks like approvals for hire/terminate, performance management reviews, new requisitions, new position among many others all done on my smart phone. Also from the recruiter/hiring manager role I can review, change status, update interview results, and eventually submit for offer letter, again, all through my phone.
