I have a game from 168 days ago that I can’t get rid of. It is in French and it keeps saying “Oops, something has gone wrong”. How can I delete this game?

Never update. I should have heeded that rule. This newest update broke the app. Now when I launch it I get a “loading” screen for 15 seconds, then a flash of the games list, then another “loading” screen that never changes. Terrible.
Glitches in the game

I enjoy playing but every so often a game will freeze up and you will have to leave it unfinished. Results in a loss for you if frozen on your side. Many people cheat to win. The other player should be notified when this happens.
Great game except

I’m frustrated by the inconsistent acceptance of some foreign words, ie, fête but not tête, and many more. Definitions are often for a different form of the word, sometimes not even related to the played word. Wish I had copied some of the more egregious examples. Still, I love the game!
Why the sound

When I have my phone on vibrate, I should NOT be getting any sounds from the app for ads! You already sit there and make me watch them which, fine whatever, but you should not force me to hear it. There are times when I’m in a place where I can’t have the sound from the ad and I need silence. It has definitely forced me to decrease my play. Not every ad will be have sounds, it’s a crapshoot but I can’t take that chance.

I give the game a 5, but all the junk you make me go through to play I give a Q. Telling me how I’ve meet my daily goal, which is not my goal. Giving me a word for the day and then making me wait for you to tell me how great it was that I played all the letters, etc. It all takes a lot of time Also, now it takes a lot of for the game to boot up since you’ve added all that junk. Wish I could pay a subscription fee and just get the game!

The game has been ruined. I used to love this game, but the changes have made me hate it. The silly childish side contests are distracting. And I agree with other reviewer’s about the ability to cheat which ruins the competitive nature of the game. Too many silly side games that I have no interest in playing. The developer has managed to combine focusing on the lowest common denominator and making money at the same time. Pitiful!
