Classic version was nice and not bloated with all this other junk and now they’ve just made it the same as Words 2. Guess I’m done playing.

Just tried to play after the new update. Keeps asking me to log in, I do, and it just reverts back to the the original log in page I was just on. Kind of over it so I’m deleting. Byeeeee.

The only reason this doesn't get zero stars is because my wife loves so much. The hidden change to WWFs II but keeping the classic name really pissez me off. Like we can't tell?! If I wanted version II, I would have installed it when you tried to force me to! Sad the day I gave you a dollar to remove commercials.

The drastic difference in quality between the smooth, polished scrabble gameplay and the invasive ads, micro-transactions and constant sponsored challenges makes me feel like Zynga just slapped their money-vacuums onto someone else’s app. I’m extremely surprised Zynga hasn’t added a paid option to disable ads. They would definitely make more money with that than they’re making right now from the poorly implemented soft drink ads. Incredibly addicting Scrabble app, only brought down by Zynga and their disregard for their own userbase.

I have enjoyed this game for years but in the last few months have been plagued with ads that won’t go away, that freeze and requiring exiting and returning to play again. I have also had the problem of strangers showing up and starting inappropriate and unwanted conversations. Hackers? Please fix these problems.

Not Classic Words!

Don’t be fooled. This is Words 2 not Classic! They tried everything to get me to use Words 2. I didn’t like it. I purposely downloaded the classic version but when iOS updated. I was forced to update mine which then became Words 2. Hate it!!!

It works fine. However, they now they have issued policy agreement that allows them to change the agreement to whatever they want whenever they want and and you have to agree to it or you can’t play

As an IPO investor I can see the need to increase the number of ads, but a simple scrabble game taking up as much space as this does on my phone... get rid of all these useless features and I would pay for that app to be rid of ads once and for all. At this size, it likely doesn't last on my phone much longer.
