I was very disappointed in this app. I purchased 50 times to get a word. I used it maybe 20 times and out of the 20 words only 1 would work. All of the others were words that required letters I didn't have. It was not the simple mistake like thinking a q was a g. These were words using letters that were nothing like what I had. Very unhappy about the performance of this app.

Not a good app. It does not accurately read the screen shot and gives you solutions with letters you don't have. Very disappointed.

This app can’t recognize a Words with Friends board any better than it can mow my lawn. It’s completely non-functional. It’s one redeeming quality, which I might have mentioned to the tech support people if the provided support email link worked any better than any other part of this digital garbage, is that it’s free. Thankfully no one has to try and get a refund because there’s no way you could possibly reach anyone once you get tired of trying to coax the app into some minimal functionality. JUNK.
