No support at all. Have reported issues with app not picking up the bigger/longer words, sent photo/screen shot proof and they do not answer my requests. They send links to Russian websites.

Didn’t realize that it wasn’t a one time cost for this ap. It’s $1.99 and you can only use it 50 times and your charged another $1.99 if you want to continue using the ap.

I have been using this app for three years and have found that it does not always provide the best option in the game.

It worked great for a long time for me...but as of last week it continues to say no words available for my letters. I hope it works soon or I want a refund. If it hadn’t stopped working I would of given it 5 stars. The only other complaint is....sometimes I use one of the words and the puzzle says it’s not a valid word...which is irritating as now I used 1 with no results.

Usually works great! Found a few words that it didn’t find, but now it needs an update to accommodate the new iOS update and the new phones screens, it doesn’t work!! Says it’s incorrect format

The app scans screenshot and each time doesn't show words that have been unscrambled. It always says no valid words found. I paid for this app, you'd figure it would show all words! Please FIX

All of a sudden it takes you to a picture in your pictures but not the screen shot of the board. Now trash.
