Loved this fun game, until....

Fun game that can be quite challenging but recently hit a glitch that won’t go away. It’s almost impossible to put the tiles on the board where you want them, even when the spot you choose is lit up. Tile goes several spots away or on top of another letter/crate or even off the board completely. Extremely frustrating and no longer much fun at all ?

I love it for testing my vocabulary. Got locked once, but Support fixed it for me. Game gets harder and harder, as it should!

When opening game the screen dims as if a pop up is going to open but nothing happens. Can not tap on game to play. Has been like this for 2 days. Please fix! Thank you kindly.

I have really enjoyed playing this app. I just hit level 60. It gives you different ways to beat each puzzle and is a good challenge for your brain. I really only have two minor complaints, which is why I have given it a 4 star rating. The same couple of letters seem to always appear when you first start playing a level. Sometimes I feel like I'm spelling the same words over and over again. To get a little more letter variety there is an option to shuffle, but that takes away a turn. You also need to ask your friends to help you advance to the next area. If you have no friends that play, it also gives you the option to pay coins, which you can collect by watching ads throughout the previous levels and collecting your daily prize. Overall, this app is well done and gives you a different, challenging and fun way to play a scrabble/crossword type game.

It's a great game, we are addicted. I purchased some gold bars paks and they did not go through, now when your in the middle of a game that can be aggravating. I contacted support and they were so sweet and helpful! I can't say enough good about them! We will be playing this game for along time, and we look forward to more from cupcake games, THEY ROCK!
Fun game for everyone

I really like this game because it's challenging but also you can use very simple words too. You don't have to have this huge vocabulary to play! Love it. And it's good for all ages.
