In the original mode, you have to score enough points to proceed from one round to the next. Word value increases along with the round, so the farther you get, the higher you will score.
In the continuous mode, there are no rounds. Simply make as many words as you can, earning time bonuses for every word and score bonuses for sequentially finding long words. Continuous mode is available through a one-time In-App purchase.
