Listen: I can’t find another way to inform you that there’s a glitch in the words crush Friendship 4 puzzle. You can’t get off of the page, it’s stuck. No rating, no anything but making you keep doing that one puzzle. I deleted & reinstalled & now I lost the points I just bought!!! Now I’m forced to start from zero. You can’t advance without this one ending itself. Please look into this. Thank you. Fun to play. Deserves the 5 star rating. Intriguing, unique, & fun. Great customer service. Frequent updates so puzzles are fresh. It's my personal all time favorite. Highly recommend.

I’ve played this game for a few years now. Great way to pass time. However, now when I finish a board, it doesn’t advance to the next level. I have to exit out of the app, and go back into the game in order to start the next board. I would give you guys 5 stars, but as of now, I’m not happy with the results. Hopefully this problem can be fixed more sooner than later as I would love to continue playing!

On my iPhone I have to closeout of it after each puzzle and reopen it to get a new puzzle.. the points don’t get added until I stop playing for a bit.. I don’t experience this at all with my android device. Also the points do not pair up even though I have it synced with my facebook account. I would give it a 4 star if it wasn’t for this issue.

The most recent update created issues. The game no longer moves on to the next puzzle after I’ve completed one. I have to restart the entire game in order to move onto the next level. Please fix this! I adore this game, but this is frustrating!!!!
Crazy amount of ads

Having ads is one thing. Having video ads after every puzzle doesn’t incentivize paying to remove, it’s obnoxious to the point of just uninstalling in protest. Also, I refuse to tie games to Facebook. I’d be more willing to pay if you could find a better way to tie purchases to a user.

After I complete the puzzle it doesn’t give me the option to go to the next puzzle and the buttons at the bottom doesn’t work. I have to come completely out of the game. I love this game but something is wrong. Please fix.
