Not working anymore

I used to love this app until recently. The last two times I've used the app, it say it's not recognizing it. I sent a help request to them. The emailed me back and said it was solved, but the same thing happened again. It wasn't fixed. Hopefully they'll get it to work again or they will get a lot more 1 star reviews.

This app was amazing. It was by far THE BEST APP in its category out there... until it's OCR could no longer recognize my screenshots. I've tried to import manually as well with no luck. I have made a couple attempts to send my feedbacks regarding this ongoing issue, but I have yet to receive any response, or any updates to the app. Unfortunately, this has been ongoing for quite sometime with no resolution. So, until these issues have been resolved, I'm afraid that it will remain a 2 STAR!

This was a great app that I paid for not the free version. For many months now it isn't working at all and no fixes from what I've seen on google searches. Very sad.

Sounds petty, but I want my .99 back. It won't recognize my screenshots from Words, and continues to say it's not a Scrabble board. And.....No response from tech support. If I could give 0 stars I would.
