I want a refund

New 3/31/19 I completed the levels five months ago, but had already paid for hints. The money I paid is uselessly sitting there. I have asked for a refund several times, to no avail. I enjoyed the game, but since I can’t play, I want my money back now. Update: my money is being held hostage. I would like a refund for all the hints I purchased since there seem to be no levels coming soon. Several weeks ago, I finished all of the available puzzles and I get the message “More Puzzles Coming Soon”. I don’t mind the wait so much, but I have paid money for hints that are just sitting there. Refund perhaps? Or tell me how much longer?
Spring Event not working

Love this game, and always look forward to the challenges. However the current Spring Event is not working properly on my iPad. I have already been given 10/11 credits and the game says to “come back tomorrow” as if I already played today’s level.

I updated the game, and it wiped out the first four days of flowers I won/earned playing the Spring Challenge. I thought you “worked out the bugs”?
Spring Challenge flawed

Up until yesterday, the spring challenge showed that I had completed every day before I had completed it, and now it is showing that I haven’t completed the first four days and is not giving me credit for those. Extremely frustrating
Spring event not working

The Spring event wasn’t working. Now it is with yesterday’s update but I’ve now lost the opportunity to play the first four days.

I’ve been playing for four days on this particular challenge and it hasn’t been updating my wins. Today when I realized there was an update to the game and installed it, it wiped out my previous days of wins. I feel cheated. Updates should not wipe out wins.
