For me a good, handy dictionary is a necessity, and wordbook has been my digital dictionary of choice for many years now. Visually it is clean and uncluttered, and easy to navigate. It has all the features I want: definitions, sure, but also a thesaurus, word discovery, and a feature to help you find the word you're looking for even if you don't know exactly how it's spelled.

I love this dictionary. It is super fast and has almost every word I've ever searched for. I've been using it for several years now. It's one of the first things I install when I switch to a new phone.

I've loved & used this app multiple times of every single day for years. However, today my app suddenly disappeared, (which I'm sure was my fault) and when I reloaded I found that all my precious (to me) BOOKMARKS were GONE. So Sad!

The plethora of characteristics that make a good dictionary are here. It is fairly priced, well designed and well maintained. It is a wonderful application.
