I love this game and it’s other versions and I would’ve given it five stars if it weren’t for it shutting down every time I open it. Hopefully there will be a fix because this is a great game and I would really like to continue playing it.

I have played all the different versions you have and I really enjoy them. The only reason I cannot give it a 5 is because I stopped playing due to the fact that if I did not have time to finish a game I would lose it. I would press pause and then later when I tried to pick up where I was my game was lost. I like to play on breaks at work or breaks at home. But being a mom I have many interruptions. I would play again if I was able to pause it and save for later. I admit I have not tried in a couple months. Maybe this issue has been fixed. I hope because they are really fun games.

I tried to purchase the $1 letter bomb option two separate times and the purchase was successful both times. HOWEVER, both times I made the purchase, the app crashed and when I reopened it the letter bombs were not there. I’m now short two bucks and I’m a little upset.

I had to remove the app as the bottom bar of the game hid the last row of letters. (Update: developer explained. I knew higher levels meant the worm had to “fall” through more rows of letters, I guess I didn’t expect to be able to partially see the upcoming row which is still unusable to the player. Okay. I can deal with that.). About the instructions. I don’t understand why some reviewers said there are none. This game app had very detailed instructions that included game play AND scoring details. Gave it 3 stars for now — average, since I can’t play it for now to see if it works or is “fun.” UPDATE- I reloaded the game. Going along okay. Entering the next level of play (finished 1st game at that level - opted not to “invite friends” or “share” on Facebook, screen froze. I guess there’s a glitch here. The game won’t go back to the “tap the unlocked game” screen, won’t go on, won’t do anything. I guess I have to remove it again, but that also means start over. Developer, it’s a good game, just needs to have “quality control” work ALL the bugs out before putting it out if you want the high marks.UPDATE AGAIN “froze” at the end of level 2-3 this time, so it went a little further. 3 stars (kinda average) is too high. Apparently the glitch is more reliable than I’d hoped. Not reloading it again. I’m done. Good luck to you if you try it.

This was my introduction to Word Wow and I enjoyed it so much I completed all the levels and then searched for another version. Now I’ve been playing Word Wow Countries for weeks and had forgotten how simple this version is! Almost boring in comparison. Funny how perspective changes. I still think it’s fabulous though and probably good to start with this one before playing the more complicated version, especially if you don’t play a lot of video games, like me. But in some ways the country version is easier, like the stars and gems are easier to see. Thanks for such great games!
