Been waiting months for new levels

Find game but ends too soon. I have been waiting forever for new levels and can’t play.

I have tried to get hints several times and after the short video, the screen goes blank and I do not get my credit for hints and the screen is frozen on a white screen even when I exit the app and try to reopen, it is blank . It comes up if I quit for some time and then come back! It did it today when I only had one word left in a bonus game and I lost it!

I have loved this game and am well-advanced into the levels. However, the game all of a sudden is stuck in the loading phase and will not advance into a game no matter how long I wait. Please advise.
Too many ads!!!!

No option to remove ads. I would pay to have no more ads but they don’t even give the option and some of the ads are very inappropriate!! I let my kids play this game. Awful. Remove the ads!

Was fine till it quit working and give me coins for clues. Can’t play with out coins.
