I Like it But...

Def. Worth buying if you're into word search, however the only thing I wish is you'd could save your game and not loose it when you exit it, otherwise it's good. PLEASE UPDATE TO SAVE YOUR GAME, Thanks.

This app has limitations. First, the use of a finger as a pointing device makes it difficult to select a word. High dexterity is required. Second, some 3-letter words can't be selected on certain panels. It doesn't matter how hard I try, such as a dozen times in a variety of ways. Yes, a dozen:( In fact, the letters' color stay light blue on these 3-letter words instead of turning dark blue. In fact, I will go as far as saying this is an error in this application. A key error. This app is not ready for prime time and thus not worth a buck.

Other than having the desire to save unfinished games, I'm not sure why so many people are complaining about not being able to select words. Like another viewer said, if your fingers are that huge, go on a diet. For all others, it tells you at the very beginning that there are TWO ways to select a found word: DRAG your finger across the word OR click the first letter of the word and then click the last letter of the word. Voilà. So to the creator, a job well done! I like how many subjects there are to pick from and I love how I can use my own pictures! Though as I said in the beginning, the option to save unfinished games would be great. The only other thing I'd love to see would be the option to change the color of the line when we find the words. My eyes are extremely sensitive to bright colors and the neon green forces me to stop playing before I'm able to finish most puzzles.

Love it! The last update was a real plus. I play this game all the time now. Hard to put the game down. Good buy.

I just got this last night and I love it. I love crossword games and this is a really good one. I like that you have so many catagories to pick from, my favorites are that brand names and animals. A few things I would to like change, I would like to be able to find my own words that are not on the list. Like a freeform play where you just find as many words as you can. I would also like to be able to pause the timer (maybe you can and I just haven't figured out how yet), but that's something I would love to have. And as other people have said, I'd like to be able to save an unfinished game. But overall I really like the game.

While it's a good way to pass the time, it seems the puzzles aren't very creative. Not many words overlap. Each puzzle seems to have a pattern, either all across or all diagonal, etc. Maybe an update could bring better puzzles

The letters are small. If they can't be resized, then perhaps an arrow protruding from under the finger that will allow you to see what you're selecting would be one way to go. . I'm 90 lbs soaking wet, so it's not a "fat finger" thing. Ive had to hold the ipod sideways to see the correct letter However, once you play it enough, you get a feel of where the letter is under the finger. Also a pop sound when you touch the letter would be nice. It'd also be cool to hear a scratch-like sound when the word is crossed. I hate the confirmation popup. Of COURSE I want to play. Just show the cockydoody puzzle, for cryin' out loud! As mentioned by others, it'd be nice to have a pause button. It'd also be nice to add more words in a puzzle. The words are repetitive from game to game, but at least they're placed in different areas. I'm assuming the words are brittish. I've never seen the word 'pyjamas' spelled that way. Just an observation. And are braces an article of clothing? Three stars, but 2.5 would be more like it. It has potential, so keep it up, guys!
