When I first purchase it I found it was hard to understand, tried to contact someone and exchange it for pages, starting to figure it out a little better. But if the company would let me switch to pages I would switch. I think pages may be a little easy to understand.

This app looks nothing like the screen shots, and it lacks most of the features claimed in the product description. A pretty thorough ripoff, actually.

I was really excited when I purchased this app, but when I started using it, it was not what I was expecting. There are weird functions on this app and it messes with the way you type on a keyboard, I would not ever buy this product if I knew it would work this way

This app is a great idea for smartphone users. It used to be okay when first launched a few years ago. How did it actually get worse? The formatting doesn't quite work and it continually crashes. Really disappointing because it's otherwise easy to use.

I have successfully used word on the go for years, but suddenly with the updated apple software of late, I cannot use it any longer until it is updated by its owner! It is no longer compatible with my iPhone software ?
