Great game and customer support

I play this game daily while walking on my treadmill. Until a few days ago, my only problem has been my bouncing finger as I am trying to make words. This is because it is hard to have a steady hand at a slow run. A couple days ago I noticed an issue that reset my highest score and levels to 0. That sucked. So, I thought I would contact them to see if they could fix the issue. Julie got back with me right away and gave me specific instructions to get it fixed. It worked! Thanks Julie for the outstanding support! And, for the great game!

I love this game. I am not really a game player but I had some time to kill so I gave this a try - I love it - highly addictive - give it a try.

But then my 600+ games completed and my score disappeared! Back to level 1! No way. I enjoyed playing several times a week, seeing the numbers rise. Game over!

Love your game, it can be very challenging and always keeps adding to my vocabulary. It is my favorite game! Many of my friends play so it adds extra competition, as well!

I love your Boy Howdy games, but they are "herky jerky" the last two days. My jewels aren't sliding down, and when they do they "freeze" and move very slowly. Please fix this problem, I love this game, I'm addicted!
