My word crack isn’t working ?

My app hasn’t been working since Thursday!! It says I’m not connected to WiFi even though I am. When my husband tried to download the app on his phone and play he got the same response. Is there any way to fix this? I’m addicted to this game and need it???

Great game that hasn’t functioned for several days. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still get the following message: ‘Can’t load game list... pull down to reload’ 5 stars when it works.

Challenging,fun. You only need commit 2 minutes at one time. I prefer to play with no coins power ups or other helps. This is by far my favorite game . Thank you

I absolutely love word crack!! I enjoy playing word games and I can play this one with people I know or don’t know. Good for the brain and very addictive!! My favorite!!

I play this game for fun. I find the opponents and the scoring questionable. I know that I have not been given points for words that I had discovered. Sometimes it feels like maybe I’m playing against the computer because the opponents are mostly winning. I won’t say I get perfect scores but every time I increase the level that I’m playing my opponents scores increase. Win or lose I do enjoy playing.

Update: The game is working again, customer support even replied to my email. Thanks, back to my addiction! Been addicted to this game for the past few years. Now suddenly as of yesterday, the game won’t load. I’ve been using the free version all this time with no issues until yesterday. What’s going on? I still had rounds pending.
I love this game but app has too many bugs!!!!

I was addicted to this game until my app started to act up. I had hundreds of coins (some purchased) and now my coin count is stuck at zero even after a win. Please fix bugs!!!!!!

Pretty good but they need to do big competitions where everybody competes for the #1 spot also make the board bigger!!! It’s way too small but other than that pretty good
