Waste of money

This word game doesn’t recognise the word ‘VOICE’ and you get stuck guessing what language you should use to get to the next level. You can’t press hint or any help, you desperately want to move on, but the game stops here: New York, Empire State Building 1.
Game hung

I have same problem as noted below in another review. I hung looking for only 1four letter word at Empire State Building level 1. The letters are V O I C E. It’s pre-populated the first two letters with C O. No combination of letters is acceptable. I can not buy a hint even though I have enough gems so I cannot continue the game. I’ve exited and returned to the exact same problem over and over. Unless a bug fix is coming it’ll be time to delete and move on. I can provide a screen shot if the developer would like one.
Like this game but

Recently started crashing after I watch a point earning video. So, no points earned..... Didn't have this problem with the spinning wheel point earner. *Update.... No longer having an issue with crashing so thanks for that. Just wish you'd bring the spinning wheel back to earn points. Takes way too long to watch enough videos to earn 1 clue. Other than that, I really like the game. *Update2... After about 200+ levels the game/words have gotten so complicated it's necessary to constantly use hints. I like a challenge, but the fun factor had gone out of this game. Deleted it.

Some words do not even register as correct. The daily challenge is also a joke: it says that you’ve already completed it even though you have not opened the game in over 24hours.
Huge disappointment

Misspellings and mistakes throughout the game. In the higher levels you need letters that are not offered. Wrote the developer 3 times, never received an answer. The last update froze me at the current level I’m on. Deleting app after posting this review.
“Voice”

Can’t play because game is stuck after an odd one word puzzle that’s only solution is the word “voice”, which it doesn’t accept. Or give clues, for that matter. Just stuck.
Removing Ads didn’t Work

I downloaded this app on a day when ad removal was free. I tapped to “purchase” ad removal but I still have to sit through countless ads. I like the game well enough but feel they didn’t honor their free promotion. Additionally, I have my phone on mute but the ads in this app only will frequently start with a burst of sound before muting, which is very disruptive.
