App won’t open anymore what’s the problem

I have been playing this word charm game for awhile now. I’ve reach level 280+ and now for some odd reason when I try and go in to play the game it just kicks me off. Is there a possibility that you can fix this glitch ASAP maybe?

I updated my app this morning and now it won’t even open. This game was a good way to pass time but I could stop when I wanted. Now it just closes when I try to open it.

The reason it gets a one star is that I just tried to get on the game and it is dead to me after 700 levels. No more being able to play. What a pity!!

Update 7/24/18 - now the game won’t load up. Loading....., then returns to screen to select Word Charm. Developers, please fix it

App keeps kicking me out

Whenever I try and open the App it kicks me right back out. I’ve tried to reset my phone and I even deleted the app and reinstalled it.

Since I downloaded the new update, the app crashes. You open it up and it sits there for a few seconds the. Crashes. I love this game and play it daily. Please fix it fast

I keep waiting for this game to get better. If you’ve played one round, you get the idea. As others have said, the ad is much more intriguing than the game. The game often counts words that are not words, are contractions, slang etc., but does not count words that an average person knows and uses.
