STOPPED WORKING, FREEZES PHONE

I really have enjoyed this game for the relatively short amount of time that I’ve been playing it. About two weeks ago it stopped working. I would tap on the icon for the game and a white page would open and would stay and eventually the app would just shut down. I deleted the app off my phone and download it again but that took me back to the beginning which means all of my earned points and levels were gone. I think since I download it again, it worked twice. Today I tried to open it and it stayed on the white page, and would not close. I could not get to any other apps or function on my phone so I ended up having to shut my phone off and restarting it again at which point the app of course had closed but I’m not sure if I really wanna try to open it again if that’s going to happen. Let me know when you’ve fixed it and I’ll come back to the game I really enjoyed. Otherwise, I’m out.

We have loved playing, but for about a week now, when we try to open it, all we get is a white screen. It is a shame because we really enjoyed collecting butterflies, opening pictures in the daily mode, and collecting acorns. We have collected all the card packs and miss that part of the game.

I have had to start over twice and I have had over 13,000 plus. I had to start over twice because your game froze. The screen Was white for several days. I have been so upset every since. But I love the game.

Too bad. Seems like a very nice game, but I already have other similar word games that don’t display this many advertisements. The fee to remove ads is reasonable, and I might have just paid it, but I felt the onslaught of ads was too soon to make a full evaluation of the game considering there are a number of competing word games.
