Great game too many glitches

I have played this game for a long time, love the challenge. But the glitches are getting out of hand. The latest update is the worst, can’t make a single move without it hanging up. Very disappointed at this point.

Even though I love this game I detest the ads. They distract my brain from playing my best game. I downloaded this onto my new phone. It says I signed in with my old username. Under that username, on a previous phone, I paid for no ads. But on my new phone I don’t see that option. I will gladly pay for no ads. Is it possible to get rid of the ads?
