the app is ok just don't like that every job you work it takes money from your pay im talking like $20 - $30 every time u get paid veryable is better and gets you paid faster plus the job on veryable pay more

When I try and reach Wonolo I get no response. I wasn’t sure what to wear for this job clothes and shoes etc. I didn’t have a contact name. I’m hoping I get paid

Hello , everyone I normally don’t do reviews but this one I had to , so I been with Wonolo for 3 yrs now and I love this app cause it can and is a life saver , but when it comes to them sending assignments, we’ll with me anyways I can’t get them to fix my locations ,I’ve asked on multiple occasions for this problem to be fixed and nothing yes I travel cause that’s what you can do on this app but the issue is can’t get my location put back where I live

The last update is horrible and makes things slower and it crashes more. Features don’t work or don’t do as advertised. The people who make updates should also use the apps.
App is great but requesters are horrible.

Overall the app is great. Some good opportunities to make money. The pay is pretty good too for most jobs and you’ll get your pay about 2 days later. I started Wonolo about a week and a half ago. Worked 3 shifts at a company called PharmaPacks and it went well. Punched in and out, was punctual and went above and beyond. I felt like things were going well because I had several managers walk up to me and tell me how helpful I am, how appreciative they are for all my hard work and how they want me to keep coming back for more shifts.. I had scheduled about 15 shifts throughout the month of December and today I woke up to find ALL my shifts being canceled. Without any explanation as to why or what went wrong. (PharmaPacks canceled them not Wonolo) This is upsetting because I fixed my schedule to revolve around those shifts I picked up and really counted on making some money for the holidays and now I have to look for more work/ pick up shifts elsewhere. PharmaPacks clearly doesn’t care about Wonolo employees. They use us and when they’re down they throw us away like we are disposable. Shame on them! Why make those shifts available to then unexpectedly cancel them ALL with no explanation? That’s so wrong! Never again will I pick up shifts there. (By the way I spoke to two other Wonolo workers who had scheduled shifts with them and their shifts got canceled too, so it was not just me) Wonolo should not do business with these companies in my opinion. Very bad for business
